As the Renters' Rights Act approaches, many landlords are starting to think more carefully about what the changes mean, and what they may need to have in place to feel properly protected.
In this session, Sue Liles will be joined by guest speaker Nick Evans from LegalforLandlords and Propoly to discuss some of the key risks landlords should be aware of, along with the legal support and landlord protections that can help provide greater peace of mind ahead of the upcoming changes.
This session is designed to give landlords a clearer understanding of the areas worth paying attention to, and the kinds of support available to help them feel more informed, protected, and prepared moving forward.

Sue has over 25 years' experience in the letting industry, having worked across corporate agencies, self-employed models, and the wider property sector.
As founder of The Letting Experts, she supports agents and landlords with clear, practical guidance on compliance, legislation, and industry change.
Sue has been closely following the development of the Renters' Rights Act and the discussions surrounding it. She believes the Act has the potential to raise standards across the sector, but that clear information and a strong understanding of compliance will be essential in helping people respond to the changes.
Through these webinars, Sue aims to share up-to-date information, address common questions and concerns, and help attendees feel more informed and better prepared as the sector continues to evolve.
Nick works closely with agents and landlords across the private rented sector, supporting them with training, guidance, and operational best practice.

In this session, Nick will share practical insights for landlords on protecting their rental income ahead of the Renters' Rights Act, including how rent and legal protection can help safeguard income, reduce stress, and provide greater peace of mind as responsibilities continue to evolve.
